Good premade Taiwanese style hotpots and quick service. Small space so there can be a wait and meat is sometimes just a clump... Overall flavor and sauces are consistently tasty and worth coming back for. Loyalty program provides seasonal coupons and discounts.

Food is great, but never ever think about pick up at this place. They never pick up the phone!! If you want to take it home then you will need to order it in person and wait.

Love this place but always seem to be busy. Definitely not kid friendly because big tables are hard to come by and most tables are small. Tried the spicy beef for the first time but it was little too spicy for my taste. I always get the Korean soup which has kimchi, pork, veggies and other goodness. Try their Hokkaido milk tea which goes well with the hot soup

The place is definitely the best hot pot place in the Pacific Northwest! I always get the beef hot pot, because it has more flavors and taste much better than the seafood or any other kind. Definitely recommend place and must try the beef hot pot.

Great food, average service, and terrible dining environment for parties with 1-2 people. You will be forced to deal with a super tiny table which is barely enough to fit all the food. And they used very small container to hold the hotpot soup, sometimes causes the soup to spill over the table, because of the rather small container.
